From the sketch book

About 90% of the stuff I draw is pen doodles. I'm trying to get in the habit of spending more time on pictures, but since sketches are all I have right now sketches are what I will post.

Sorry they're hard to see.

That face in the upper right corner looked too much like a generic Disney girl for me, so I tried again and ended up with an ugly beatnik.

This is my monster character Threedle. He has hands.

Here's the sketch that later became the robot picture in my last post, and some other stuff that's not as good.

I'm thinking about something nice to put up at the top of my blog. Maybe in the next day or two.

Here's some stuff I drew on coloured construction paper.

Wanted to make something with stiff, rigid shapes turning into noodly melty shapes. This robot is me, in an alternate universe where I am a robot.

And this is Totoro!


Now let's see if I can figure out how to make this look nice.
